Refund Policy

At FEW, LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional service and transparent client relationships. Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of our work, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once services have begun.

1. Refund Eligibility

✔ Service Non-Delivery: If FEW, LLC is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to an error or failure on our part, a full refund will be issued.


✔ Cancellation by FEW: If we decide to terminate a service before completion, a pro-rated refund may be issued based on the work completed.

2. No Refunds for Client-Initiated Cancellations

🚫 Client-Initiated Cancellations: If the Client cancels or withdraws from the project for any reason, no refund will be provided.


🚫 Partially Used Services: Once a service has been initiated or partially fulfilled (including planning, design, or staffing), the Client is responsible for full payment.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Consultations, Strategy Calls, and Custom Work are non-refundable.

  • Deposits or Retainers: Any upfront deposits made to secure services are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

  • Marketing Campaigns & Brand Activations: Fees related to live or planned marketing activations are non-refundable once scheduled.

 

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund is warranted due to non-performance by FEW, LLC, please contact us at contact@few-understand.com within 7 calendar days of the issue. We will review your request in good faith, but refunds are issued at the sole discretion of FEW, LLC.
